This document provides a summary of some of the work the TrackOne Studio development team have worked on recently. We have tried to include only those that are of interest to the majority of schools. Minor changes, or those affecting only a single school, have not been included.



New developments and improvements: 

  • Subject Leaders: Added a subject selector dropdown so you can now easily find a particular subject. Also added the subject name to each row for easier subject identification, including when exported to excel.
  • Subject Summary: you can now select ALL Classes in one view, rather than class by class only.
  • Class Placemat: Fixed an issue that was stopping Class Placemats from downloading to Excel correctly.
  • Incident reports: Fixed an issue that caused cancelled incidents to be included in Incident report counts.
  • Mentoring Pathways: Performance improvements made in the area of Mentoring Pathways to greatly reduce any log in or timeout issues experienced by students when submitting their goals.
  • Mentoring Pathways: screens now refer to the correct school terminology, as defined in School Calendar Setup.
  • Schema Result Mappings: Increased the maximum character for the 'Result Code' from 20 characters to 30 characters.
  • Progressive Reports: Fixed an issue that was causing leading zeroes in Student Codes to be omitted.
  • Improvements to the way Year Levels are referenced in TrackOne for TASS schools.
  • Improvements to result mapping and chart displays for SEQTA schools.
  • Awards: Custom development for Awards schools
  • LMS Markbook syncs: Custom development for Schoolbox sync schools
  • Continual improvement to bring back-end developer only settings to the front-end for greater user control.




2024 NAPLAN Results

State and National data has been populated into sites, along with the average and % Difference calculations.    


*Go to Analytics > External Results > NAPLAN Analysis > State Comparison tab to initially load the data.  Once this has occurred, this data will display in the various related areas of the Suite, such as Assessment Analysis, Student Results - External Results & Advanced Analysis.    


*Note that this is based on the State field in Admin > Configuration > School Information. If the State field in your site has not been populated, the NAPLAN data will not have been populated. Please update this field then reach out to the Support team.


*This requires your NAPLAN results to have been uploaded into the Suite.
